 I HAVE ALREADY GONE TO EA'S WEBSITE, AND THEY REDIRECT ME HERE.

I qualified for the challenge last weekend.  

Where my issue exists is this:  not only have I begun writing down what my cred level is when I log off, because Bioware has this lovely habit of FORGETTING what my credits were, but I now had the lovely opportunity to watch my Commendation Pack disappear today.  I clicked on it, yes......and waited......................and waited.........and waited..........and waited......and then realized my tomatos would begin to sprout faster than this server-based issue would be resolved.   So, with resignation, I logged off (meaning I did the alt-tab and closed ME3 because the program froze.  Nicely done, BIOWARE).

And when I logged back on?  No proof of anything.  NOTHING.  

This is unprofessional.  I'll keep my comments confined to this issue (we'll try to ignore the narrative and psychological mess that is the ending: I watched thed "extended edition" and believe it is utter philosophical and analytical bull****), and I would rather request that I have my commendation pack reinstated or refulfilled or whatever term you prefer.

Please assist.  EA is not helping.  This is unsatisfactory.

Attacking BioWare certainly will not be helpful. We can only stick with what they gave us.
But I had your very same problem. I lost connection to the server when I wanted to redeem my Commendation pack, and after I logged in, it was gone. I'd really like to get it back, I need the goods in there! I got too much useless sh*t unlocked!

Same thing happened to a lot of people with their victory packs. It happens, and is very annoying, I know
