The people have spoken and the hottest characters ( literally actually) are ;
1. The pink krogan with the lipstick
2. Russian vorcha
3. Geth infiltrator tied with the pyro

Other notable "hotties"
1. Prime's combat drone and his turret
2. Quarians - sex33 leather clad males and classy ladies
3. Ravager goo, tied with phantoms

You forgot to exclude people that don't like girls that only have 3 fingers and a face we cannot see.

And you forgot to exclude people that understood that as soon as geth developped into an AI quarian began an all out war.

Tali said it in the first ME that the quarian started the war without even knowing if the geth were agressive or not, they just started it.

Legion tells you in ME2 that every times the quarian saw a chance at winning they took the chance instead of seraching for peace, even after thy left their world.

Face it, the quarians are the dumbest race of the entire existence, even a prideful war maniac like race like krogan knew when to stop and call for a truce when they were beaten, the quarian nerver stop to endanger themselves and never tried to make peace, even after being chased off their planet, they even went as far as pushing geth toward reaper by starting another war when the galaxy needed every one united.

I say we don't need a race whose stupidity is unfathomable.

I don't think the Geth ever reached for peace either, other than Legion's passing comments.

The demolisher has a very sexy voice. Best of the lot of new characters. All time best is the vorcha though, hard to beat him.
