PC Disconnects

Played this game a lot on the Xbox and loved it but decided to play it on the pc. I'm playing on my more that adequate work pc until my new system shows up on friday but for some reason I keep getting disconnected randomly. Usually during a game or trying to buy something in the store.
I found two UDP ports to open for this game on EA's forums but I'm not sure what else the issue could be, I can play BF3 and WoW just fine so I was wondering if anyone else knows what this could possibly be? The game runs great and will run even better on my new pc (hope I don't have this issue on that one) so it's not anything like that.
Luckily my new system has a nice SSD in it which I hope helps the retarded loading in this game, ugghhh. Well any quick tips would be appreciated. Just wondering if I need to open other ports or something that I can't find any info on.
Also, this was happening on my work network and my home network, so obviously it's something with the game as like I said above, everything else is fine network / internet wise with the PC.

Hate to burst your bubble bud, but an SSD is not going to solve the disconnects... nor the slow log on times at the main menu screen... everything else in between is a different story. 5-10 second load times between the disconnects is nice though... i don't miss staring at the screen for a minute or more on my ps3... on the other hand i do miss the chance for a quick smoke break

I know it wont help the disconnects, I was just stating that for the lousy load times. I have been working on pc's for 17 years but am just wondering why it's only this game I'm having issues with.
They really need to fix the way the game loads, it's annoying to say the least.

Please file a ticket with EA Help (https://help.ea.com/) so more info can be provided to those that'll hopefully fix the servers soon..

Wow the Servers are just horrible.
Did they fire the guy who used to run them or did the cut back the budget?

Ok well I see I'm not the only one lol. yah I keep getting to like wave 9-10 and boom, get logged out so I kind of gave up for the moment. Ruind82, it's all good haha 
I'll send a ticket and see what I can get, just thought to mention it here first in case anyone had a fix if they ran into the same issue.

Standard EA/BW response seems to be something to the effect of, "Its your firewall,AV, router settings, and or your ISP. Our servers are perfect. Thanks for the cash." I've gone as far as luring my companies network tech over to my place with a case of beer to watch for any anomalies using Wireshark... at minimum, I at least know it isn't a problem on my end... Bioware, I'd like to think you guys owe the $50 spent on this pos and a case of beer... kk thnx

HEY EA!!! How about instead of doing something useless like update Origin, you try fixing the gameplay?? I'm tired of losing my connection...getting thrown into Silver when I search Bronze..glitchy gameplay in the multiplayer..etc etc etc etc!!!!!

yeah this disconnecting issue (got it since 3 or 4 weeks now) killed MP for me. Just log in every week like once or twice just to check. meh...
