What I truly want? A more gripping story than ME3 gave us, but with Shepard (for ME4). The emphasis on Reapers was warranted but I want a game where Shepard doesn't have to face such an inconceivable threat to be dignified as to who he/she is. Base it more on the RPG aspects like ME1 was, with next to no Auto-Dialogue. Incorporate the N7 classes into Shepard's interface (Or you can work towards it like an Evolution and then gain the preferable classes like the Shadow/Slayer/Destroyer). The way most of the LI were handled was also obscenely terrible. The LI of choice, if survived should stem in some form or way into the next game (Ex. Building Tali a home on Rannoch or finding Miranda). I could seriously type up an entire wall of text explaining what I want, but bottom line, I want Shepard, no plot holes and more RPG less GOW wannabe (Although the combat was very good, which is one of the only high points of ME3)

My Shepard can lift, Reptilian Bob.

Brah, Shep doesn't even lift bro. Vega is the one who lifts.

BW needed to but some imagery in there brah, so that it's known it can go either way bronany. Leaving the scene as is, broseph, creates confusion because of the circumstances of Shep being under the rubble, brotally.

As of now, a normal education person will just assume he is trapped under the rubble without help, brah.

Brah, I saw him lift in the opening scene with him on the cargo deck bro. He lifts like a bro, brah.

That's why the Normandy gets **** done brah, nerdy loosers like Garrus, Tali, Liara don't even lift, son. Vega has to lift everything.

@MegaSovereign,

One of the ideas that I had sometime back was that the crucible if fully intact would also affect all choices.  The kid says it isn't fully intact (it's largely intact) and he starts off describing destroy, but why wouldn't that also have some impact on the other 2 choices.  I said this a long time back - it could be a part of any DLC, that all choices have a different outcome.  But the only problem with this is I was trying to make it so that it required the least amount of change possible to the endings, so that it would focus more one the impact most of us want to see-a true win ending where there's a possibility for Shepard, the geth, and EDI to survive and with a short reunion scene.  In order to accomplish this I suggested that there had to be some search for something needed for the crucible as well as additional EMS.

Considering how big they might like to make it (if they did consider it), I think it would be great to have it impact all the choices for those who want that, but primarily the problem is that most of us don't really care for those other choices anyway.  And if it meant taking away something from a fully fleshed out true win type of ending, I don't know whether there'd by enough interest in the other 2.  I mean all most of us really want is some closure for a living Shepard that doesn't require doing something that is in our opinions, horrific.  Anything that accomplishes that would be fine.

I do think that if it was done well, incorporating a lot of ideas such as yours, it might even appeal to those who say they don't care to have any alternate ending DLC.

There is nothing confusing about the breath scene, bro.

The synthetic implants that TIM put in place during Shepard's resurrection were to contain Shepard's abnormal muscle strength. The Crucible targetted and destroyed these implants so now he has the strength to bench press a planet if he so chooses.

It's all in the narrative, pay attention bro.

Bro, narrative structure in sci-fi is very finite. Our brah Mac Walters liften it too much, bro. Lifted too much speculations in it like a bro, and then left out the clarity and closure, bromandy.

He didn't follow standard broticol, and now the narrative is are all ****ed up, brah. Interpretation and imagination are one brocedure, but leaving it all up in th air at the end of a defined trilogy is not brotastic brah.

I noticed that there were a bunch of telephone booths in london. WHY ARE THERE TELEPHONE BOOTHS IN LONDON 2187?

There is only one explanation. Doctor Who was following shepard. He is the one that will find and rescue him from the rubble. It all makes sense now folks!

And then he'll take Shepard back in time so that none of this will ever have happened.

I wouldn't mind references to the crew of Normandy in ME4.  I would love to have some references to Shepard's LI (this would require an import though).  But IF Shepard IS dead...I better not see Tali with Garrus.  Or ima come back and bust a cap in his cracka arse.

Probably unsurprising to most of you, but ME3 lost on every category for "game of the year." http://www.goldenjoystick.com

It's not because the competition was better so much as ME3's endings caused the loss. Denying it is, obviously, denial.

No, not surprising at all. It wasn't the best game of the year by any definition.

should have been though.

Meh. They would be surprised at just how many people they would placate just by allowing the Geth and EDI to survive Destroy. If there are no new endings, a simple augment through DLC would be significant enough to make many people rejoice.

I agree. The established "thematic" ending is there (destroy the reapers), it just needs the artificial punishments removed via optional DLC. They only tacked those on to incentivise Synthesis, and there are many, may story elements that could be added/utilised to address those issues with it, making it the go-to pick for those unsatisfied with the endings as they stand.
