What is Mass Effect 3's biggest flaw to you?

Auto-dialogue for me.
Same here, I was sooo disapointed when I realiesed I was already in 'choice mod' or what ever it is called:crying:
And that was the first thing I tried to do when the opening 'cutscene' ended. so yeah

Didn't like the Journal system. I don't understand how they could screw up such a simple feature. Codex and Journal should have remained separate things in the menu, but instead they combined them and gave us a button that shows the controls. I makes ZERO sense.
This.
They added an ingame manual.
Who the **** reads those things anyway?

To me, more than the ending itself, is the fact that you can not win or
lose the game. In the end the game snatches off you all that illusion of
choice you ever had and funnels it down a same filter that comes in
three colors.
All of this. Exactly how I feel about it, even post-EC

1. The endings still aren't up to par.
2. How unfinished the game feels. I've played the game five times from start to finish, and the more I play, the more I think more was supposed to be put in...or a lot was taken out.
If I could sum up in one feeling about ME3 - that would be close to it.
ME3 feels like it underwent a lot of ideas and revisions through its development - and in doing so - kind of lost track of where it was coming from.
All of this, too.
Other than what I quoted here, I feel there is one over-arching problem: inconsistency. Inconsistency in the narrative, inconsistency in the gameplay (seriously, where are my boss characters?), and inconsistency with the RPG genre. There are some real dull points in the story, they basically turned mining into side missions (WHY?) and there's so much auto-dialogue and other things that make me more disconnected with my Shepard in 3 than I ever have been. Even more so with my renegade, because they say so many of the exact same things.
The game as a whole is just not up to par as a Mass Effect game. That's something that can't be tangibly proven or explained. You just feel it when you're playing the game.

I read the Codex from time to time
for the Journal, they could have just kept ME2's design and change the color

It was kind of short.
Aside from the original ending and the step and fetch it quests (which have been discussed to death) this is really the one I would go with. All we got with the final episode in the trilogy was thirty hours of game play? That's it?
Included in that 30 hours were the Krogan missions and the Quarian missions which were awesome by the way, but just a mere 30 hours? Where was the Reaper 3rd column that was hinted at with indoctrination? Where were the black ops raids against Reaper assets? Where were the assassinations of indoctrinated politicos to extend the clock or to improve the war effort? How about some more meaningful dialog with your squad? That alone would have deepened the relationships between the characters. They could have done a lot more, but in the end they chose not to.
There was just so many different ways that they could have gone with ME3 that it isn't funny and DLC will never pick up the slack. I have said it before, but it is like they just phoned the game in and left it at that. It's a crying shame.

To be fair this year is basically the Year of Entitlement for games and Bioware has always had some entitled fans since the release of Baldur's Gate.AresKeith wrote...
