Twice within 30 minutes I'v e had the Origin Live Help break on me, first time it disconnected 1 minute into the conversation after a 10minute wait. Then after waiting for the help person to try and figure things out (which he couldn't and I still don't have the MIA ALLOY VICTORY PACK.) the live chat screen is covered by the queue thing saying i'm back in line for 30-40 minutes even though the window is still open and the help person is sending messages i can't respond to.
Please FIX Origin and the Alloy Victory Packs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the Phone Help is ridiculous too, 25 minutes into it the phone goes silent after the tech tells me to do something that screws up all the windows setting on my computer... so now after over an hour of wasted time...there's still no victory pack and all my computer settings are messed up....

yea the tech on Live Chat ask me to disable net live awareness. Luckily I googled it before disabling it. Claims "it is not important" right.
Just give us the name and email of EA CEO so us players can all shoot complaint emails directly to his inbox.
