So I'm trying to finish the Nature of the Beast quest, and I have chosen to make Zathrian end the curse by killing him.  I can kill him easily, and then there's all the cut-scenes where the werewolves turn back into humans.  Then, after they leave, my party takes out there weapons for a few seconds and puts them away again.  Only now neither of the goddamn doors will open (nothing shows up when I get near them) and I can't get out of the room.  When i hit the action button, it takes me to the middle of the room, like there was an enemy there. 

Any ideas other than to be forced to choose a different ending for the quest because of bad programming?

Huh? The door that leads directly out of the ruins was opened by the Lady so you could go out and talk to Zathrian. That same door can be used to leave after fighting him and watching him and the Lady end the curse. The door doesn't relock or anything.

This happened to me the other day with my warrior, I got zathrian to kill himself and change the werewolfs back into humans. But after that when I needed to go back to the dalish camp the door that she unlocked was locked again and I was stuck.

Luckly I started a new game and made a rogue and when I did it on him everything worked fine.

Same here sept i killed the wolves and then zathrian and i cant unlock the doors, is there any recall like in bualders gate or a way to go back to the last save and redo the whole thing so zathrian can just port me back to the dalish camp?
