I will do my best to explain this as best as I can with "limited computer tecnical expertise."

I was playing ME3 today on Computer A, saving as I go manually like I always do. Internet went down a sec...it restored itself by just waiting and kept playing a litlte bit more.

Exited game - had some work to do.

Upon exiting, I got a cloud data not synced up with local. I like a moron chose use cloud data (bad default imo). Well it uploaded a game 3 hours earlier. Wasnt happy. It was save #32 I think.

I went into my documents/bioware/save file and there were saves there called John Sheperd 32 for example.

I looked all over the internet and found that if I went into origin details there was an option for reverting game to its last local saved file. Boom fixed! Logged into game and was back at my save 90 and 3 hours of work.

Logged off...didnt get that wierd out of sync message.

1) When I go home tonight and play on Computer B...am i going to get a wierd message that says out of sync? I dont want in that case to use local saved files because its a different computer. yes? I would want to use cloud BUT how do I know that my save 97 has been properly updated to cloud? Does this take a few hours of non play?

2) How can I manually upload my current locally saved game (which is current) to cloud so that I dont lose this work? Or does it do it automatically when I logged off a few minutes ago.

3) Checked in my documents/bioware/save  and it still has Sheperd 32 and not 97 unless that is not related. Clearly my last local saved game which I resored to is current. Maybe the save file is a origin number?

Im so sorry for the long winded post....but I could really use your brilliance and expertise on this matter as i am not super computer saavy.

Thans,

It normally uploads almost immediately. If you look at the game icon in origin after closing the game, you will see a progress bar at the bottom which is it uploading your save. This normally takes at most 30 seconds.

If it says you are out of sync on comp. B then it is probably referring to the fact the cloud data is that of comp. A in which case you will want to download the cloud data. Personally, I would reccomend you check the times shown when this message occurs to see if it is comp. A's save.

As I said above, it should do it when you exit the game. I'm not sure if there is a manual way of doing it.

I think the numbers 32 and 97 represent different Shepherds - that is different saves. I have Jean Shepherd who is 32 and Nate Shepherd who is 12 so this is a likely cause so this is probably unrelated.
