I am playing Mass Effect 3 on 2 different computers and I dont want to use cloud because of all the syncing nightmares and potential loss of saved games.
Cant I zip my save file on Computer A (documnets/bioware/masseffect3/save) and mail it to myself.
Then go to my other computer, open email download the save file and replace it on thta computer? This ensures my saves are local and origin cant do that syncing crap and I can play on two different computers.
I just have to manually save them every so often - isnt this a little safer?

Yeah that shouldn't be an issue. Instead of mailing, just copy to a USB stick. The save games don't take up much room even with lots of characters.
Just log in using same credentials for Origin and it's fine. I did this when my computer's mb fried. Playing on that with CE version of game. Installed Std. version and original saves to hubbie's computer and it all worked fine.

Shouldn't be a problem - that's exactly how I used to transfer my ME2 saves when I got a new PC.
However, make sure to copy both the character's folder AND the local_profile.sav - this is where your achievements are stored.
