I bought a physical copy of Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition. I was able to play this, with my DLC just fine on my old computer awhile back, using the redeem code. I recently bought a new computer, and I felt like replaying one of my favorite games. It has come apparent though, I cannot access my DLC. I tried reusing my redeem code, but I'm told that this code has been already used( which it has been, on this very account). It'd be appreciated if anyone accociated with bioware can help me with my plight. I was really looking forward to replaying this game with all of it's DLC. Thank you

1. Your message has nothing at all to do with the store.
2. Bioware pays very VERY little attention to this forum, or any forum about really old games (DA: O soon will be three years old).
3. Official Tech Support is on the EA Help site. Use the Chatline.
