I figure you only going to pick the first 3 powers the 4th and 5th power will be the default for what the character you pick has normally. So if the powers are levels 1-4 then 9 points to pick your powers is perfect you can have 2 level 4's and 1 level 1, 1 level 4, 1 level 3 and 1 level 2, or 3 level 3's. Which gives a lot of options with out being able to
make a class thats over powered. I have looked at haveing 8 or 10 points but 10 seems like you could make classes to powerful and 8 just is not quite enough.
You would get 1 character for each class to customize 6 in total. You would just pick which class you want then pick which character you want to customize. There would also be a way to map each power to the button you want instead of what ever bioware thought was good. Ive put a list of the avalible characters for each class and a list of what level i think each power should be listed at based on how good it is.
Adept: Human, Human Female, Pheonix, Fury, Asari, Justicar, Drell, Turian, Krogan, Batarian, Vorcha
Soldier: Human, Human Female, Destroyer, Turian, Krogan, Batarian, Vorcha, Salarian, Quarian Male

Any feedback would be appreciated expecially if you think a power should be put at a different level or if there is some aspect i over looked or forgot. Also please be specific on why u think something should be changed.
