See title.
I'm having a serious issue with my PC version of Mass Effect 3's multiplayer connectivity, so I'd really like to be able to post in the technical support section to get it fixed.
I have Mass Effect 3 for the PC and Xbox 360 and it won't let me post in the Mass Effect 3 forums.

Please register your copy of the game with your BSN account and you will be able to post in "Game Owner-required" forums.

As per the flag at the top of your screen, go to EA Help with that! Scroll through as many index pages as you have patience for, there has been no response in this forum from any Bioware personnel (TTBOMK, Stanley Woo is now employed elsewhere, but has a long-standing affection for the games, so he's still around sometimes, but no one else is even that close to Bioware and actively posting in here).

EA Help is useless... there is no email address available on their site.. the site keeps taking me round in circles with with help articles... unless you have the email address i can use i really need someone who can click a few buttons and fix this...
do you have Ea's help email address?

Their eMail is useless (although it's readily available, and easily found). USE THE CHATLINE.

there are no advisors available for chat... ever
its almost like they dont want anybody to contact them... which im beginning to believe...
you say you have their email address for help? could you post it anyway.. id rather know that ive done all i can to contact them about this... because nobody seems able to help me or can be bothered to... and its a huge annoyance..
i just cant understand why my gamertag isnt associated with this account.. ive used the same email and name for everything... im playing me3 right now.. i can see my multiplayer character i made at level 17 but the map still reads 50% rating.. i even logged in with my ME2 copy registered it on here yet no gamertag shown on my profile.. i dont get it
the multiplayer is now a waste of my time and my money and im getting just a little p***ed off...
and why have no admins or mods posted... its always seems to be up to us to fix their s**t..

Scroll through as many index pages as you have patience for, there has been no response in this forum from any Bioware personnel in several weeks (TTBOMK, Stanley Woo is now employed elsewhere, but has a long-standing affection for the games, so he's still around sometimes, but no one else is even that close to Bioware and actively posting in here).
They are very slow answering eMails, but if you scrolled to the bottom of this page to find "Bioware Game Support" in the Help column, where you follow the link to the Chatline, their eMail Link would have poisoned you, had it been a Viper type of snake. The two links are in line one after the other.
