I can't even play this damn game because it takes nearly 10 minutes just to start it, deal with the menu screen trying to load and connect to the servers, then the multiplayer screen doing the same terrible connecting garbage, the STORE doing the it, then back to the multiplayer connecting... i think you get the point.  No joke, this took over 10 minutes.  I've disabled firewalls, reinstalled everything, restarted modems and routers...

i feel like i paid for a game i really just can't even enjoy because i have to patiently wait for 10 minutes to get into a game, just to be disconnected mid way through.  it's been ages since i played singleplayer now, and the retarded "Galactic Readiness" is all set to 50% and I'm just about at the end of the story so I don't want to finish without getting at least closer to 100.  As I sit here and read all these forum posts about disconnects and network issues, i realize to myself i feel duped, robbed, scammed, and cheated.  why are so many people having problems, yet we're being told it's on YOUR end bioware, and WE have to just deal with it and suck it up?  this service SUCKS.
