August 31 and guess what? the bug still remains (at least on xbox) come
on Bioware, REALLY??? After activating the thing in the specter office
and talk to the salarian, i go to the first terminal but doesn't even
give me the chance to interact with it...
FIX IT PLEASE!

I have had this same problem, also with the Shadow Broker Wet Squad not being able to speak to Barla Von. The problem is intermittent, on the Hanar problem I have actually restarted a game...lame...I just try to ignore the SBWS problem. I found that completing the quest right away works most of the time.

1st playthrough and I've just encountered this bug. It's now November, maybe they'll get round to fixing it someday.
edit: whoops, just realised this is the Xbox 360 section. I'm actually playing on PC.

Still there had to restart my game from very beging because going for 100% playthrough
