Hello,
I was instructed by a fellow user to take my query to this forum, so here it is.
I am encountering a problem related to my download of the "From Ashes" and "Leviathan" DLC via Origin. More specifically, I was somehow able to download these packages without being aware that my connection to the EA servers had collapsed.
The game informed me that the DLC had, as a result of this, become corrupted, and that I would need to re-install it in order for the DLC to appear in-game.
However, a problem presented itself: I found myself unable (and still find myself unable) to re-download the DLC via Origin *or* via my BWSN account. Whilst Origin merely states that I "own this", BWSN merely asks if I want "More Info".
In short -- how can I re-download the DLC? Do I have to manually uninstall it first? And, if so, how do I do this?

Hi, having looked into your problem I think I've found a solution.
1. Close Origin completely (including the icon in the bottom right of your screen)
2. Go to the install directory for Mass Effect 3. By default this should be C:\\Program Files\\Origin Games\\Mass Effect 3
3. Inside the Mass Effect 3 folder go to BIOGame and then DLC
4. Delete the folders entitled "DLC_EXP_Pack001" and "DLC_HEN_PR"
5. Go into the folder called "_metadata"
6. Delete the folders called "DLCEXPPACK001" and "Prothean"
7. Open Origin
When I did this it began to redownload the DLCs so fixed the problem

Thank you for the assistance!
However, I, too, looked further into the problem. It turned out that I only needed to click "Show More Details" after right-clicking ME3 in my Origin library, then click "Repair Install" for the two pieces of DLC.
I feel bad waiting for so long to respond now that you've gone to the trouble of helping me further, but I needed to make sure that both pieces of DLC were functioning normally before doing so. Thank you very, very much for the dedication you have shown in helping me address this problem across not one, but two forum threads. It truly is greatly appreciated.
P.S., I hope your deletion of those files didn't alter your saves! I'd feel terrible if you went to that trouble, only to have that happen!! D=
I would assume that, since you were simply re-downloading the source files, it wouldn't affect saves, but still... >_>
