This message is for Bioware... I paid for the N7 edition, I've been playing for not that long and
both disc now have cracks around the "hole"... seriously... WTF? where´s
the quality on your products Bioware?  I live in Chile, and buy "normal" games
here is not cheap at all, imagine how it is for collector editions... i
paid $65.000 pesos, traslate that  and you have aprox 135 dollars. ..
I know you don't care about me or this problem, but for me is a really big deal, i saved that money with a lot of effort and now i feel very sad 'cause those discs won't last very long...

And that's it... just wanted to get this out of my system :(

It's probably because of the case. Is it really hard to get the discs out, I know a lot of people have complained about that?

Mine used to be like that, but I used toe nail clippers to cut down the edges so now the discs pop in and out very easily, but I left enough where they don't fall out if I turn that case upside down. Works like a charm and there is no strain on my discs. I also installed the game to save on wear, because the console spins the game continuously when not installed and that could also lead to the center wear.

yup, i been told that's the problem, the weird part is that in my case (no pun intended) you can put out the discs easily, never got an issue on that. I also instaled the game, but even so, it's so frustrating to paid extra money for something just to realize later that the quality doesn't match the over price :(

Don't get me wrong i LOVE mass effect, i have all 3 games, and all the DLC's (at least for ME2) and i probably keep buying future games, I hope bioware is more aware in the future to these problems.

I dont put my disks back on those 2 outcropings (dont know what they're really called) anymore. I just use 2 paper cd sleaves to store them and anchor them inside with the 2 plastic prongs that are usualy for game manuals.
