I'm having the exact same problem. Also, my credit card got charged when I tried to order it, despite getting the error and the game not showing up on my purchased list. What gives?

As you can see from the evidence right now (5:00 PM, CDST, Friday 8-31), Bioware pays almost no attention to this forum (else why allow the spammers so many hours of free advertising?) Contact EA, the official support, and use the Chatline. Anything else is too slow.

Hello All, I have found the problem.
One: Paypal no longer works
Two: It don't like you buying points,and then trying to get the DLC

So to get your DLC you will need to buy points from Origins website, or biowhere
