ME3 unplayable

Before you folks tell me to search the forums and post to resolve my issues, well thats what I've been doing for the past month, not even the online chat helped sine they kicked me for god knows why after less than twenty minutes of telling to do what I have already been doing.
So here's the issues: 
1) The last origin update failed, messed everything up,  and I had to uninstall and reinstall origin to get ME3 working again, and working is not whats its doing.
2) Tried to update the game but it took three tries just to finish then said my game was up to date.
3) Tried to repair the game but it took any where from 10 minutes to several hours of triing to repeatedly download the repair just to get eror code 131079:6 which no one seems to know what it is.
4) When triing to play ME3 everything loads fine except when I go to run or walk the game frezzes, if the character stands still its ok, sort of.
5) I believe the issue with my game play frezzing has something to do with my video card settings, however, nothing I do sems to work. I am running XP Pro, dual 2.8 processors with 6gig memnory, a Nividia GeForce 9400GT video card with 1Gig memory and before anyone tells me this card doesnt meet the mimimum requiremnts for the game, I have had NO problems playing before so please dont say its my system or the card. Also, drivers are updates.
All of this happened after the last orgin update (9.0) and the live chat dude had no clue what so ever, like I said he kept telling to do stuff I was already doing like clearing temp files reloading, repairing ect, although he went about it the long way. Then I got disconnected and went from having to wait 22 minutes which ended up being 37, to an hour... no thanks... So does anyone have a clue as to how to fix these issues? Or even what setting I need on my video card. :crying:
