I haven't encountered that bug, but I believe that you need to do a repair install to fix that weird glitch.

Never encountered it before. Liara jumped down 2 times more, then the mission restarted automaticly from the last savepoint. Still funny. Could it have something with the Leviathan install?

Maybe. Do a repair install on the Leviathan DLC and check to see if the bug is fixed.
