I was wondering if anyone could help me make my characters look like this: 

and for the asari justicar:    

I have tried looking for the mp files with the pcc editor and stuff, but i guess i'm just not good enough at this modding stuff. Would be appreciated if anyone could point me to a tutorial, or something like that.
