So I've been unable to connect to the ME3 servers for a while and after a lot of digging I eventually was told to try UOTrace to see if I'm experiencing any packet loss. From what I can tell I'm getting 100% packet loss from these 6 AT&T servers but I was told that was normal. However, I seem to be getting a 100% packet loss from the EA servers as well. Is there any way to fix this?

Is there honestly no one who knows what the problem is?

That depends on whether or not the servers are set up to actually respond to ping requests. If not, 100% packet loss is normal.

If you knew what the server address was (sorry, I don't) you could ping it using command prompt to test this theory. The command would be:

ping [server address]

AFAIK the TCP connection that times out and gives an 'EA server unavailable' error tries to connect to 92.52.77.245. I can ping this IP fine with no packet loss, but the ME3.exe's connection to the same address times out anyway after 30-ish seconds.

Most or all of the packet loss tracing utilities use ICMP protocol, which is quite different than anything used in the game. 100% loss either means the route is completely down, or it means the device is not set to respond to ICMP. If you get even 1 packet past a hop, guaranteed the hop claiming 100% is not really lost.

There are a LOT of IP addresses involved in connecting to the game, so even if a few work, it doesn't mean they all work. However, that address shown as pinging ok but ME3 hanging on says that the server is denying you. Why that is could be a lot of things...they deny people who were banned, or if passwords are wrong. Sometimes temp cache style files contribute to bad logins on software in general, so if the EA help said you are not banned, try the "fix" option in origin if you can get that far...otherwise, ask the EA help people how to delete all your temp files. Beyond that, who knows?

When I try pinging the server address it times out. Specifically it says:

Pinging 159.153.224.226 with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 159.153.224.226:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss).
