I purchased Dragon Age 2 directly over Playstation store. I figured there'd be some way to get the black emporium, since it comes with new copies of the game as it is. So am I wrong, or am I missing something?

I don't think you get it for free if you buy off PSN. Click the BioWare Game Support link at the bottom of the page. Maybe you'll get a code, I did when my copy didn't have the slip with a code in it.
