Defense Matrix (Same as in campaign)
Pulse Blast (Kinda like a Concussive Shot that does good damage, Prime Blaster projectile)
Advanced Targeting Programs (Automatically adjusts your aim like the Smart Gun from Aliens but only a little bit, no fully automatic aiming and just holding RT. Your bullets would curve very slightly like the GPS and it would be a very interesting effect... but probably impossible for most weapons like the Javelin of course. Increases damage and fire rate slightly but not very much... maybe 7.5%)

Yes, my class has 4 powers, deal with it. Basically you turn on Annihilation Field, Reave a group, Biotic charge - Explosion, Annihilation Field primes, you Nova - Biotic Explosion.
Can't be sync killed. When a phantom tries to sync kill you, you instead sync kill her by grabbing her sword and chopping her head off, and, for added flare, confetti pops out. When a banshee tries to sync kill you, you instead punch her through the chest (about time they get fisted back).

The combination of hunter mode & devastator mode would be a ridiculous boost to his damage output between a massive boost to damage, rate of fire, accuracy, magazine size. movement speed & the ability to see through walls. Turian veteran has the highest potential % damage boost to weapons plus extra stability for the weapons & the geth hardware would allow for fast shield recharges on top of the bonus to health & shields.

A Drell Vanguard with Charge, Tactical Cloak, and Biotic Slash (impossible, I know).
This one is a bit of a strech, but it's a character I kinda invented after seeing Nightwing in Batman: Arkham City.
An Engineer/Infiltrator that has 2 Escrima Sticks with electricty. The move set is:
-Electric Blast: A move that sends an overload shockwave across a certain radius.
-Escrima Stick: Throwing the Escrima Sticks at enemies, and will incapacitate/electrocute them.
-Whatever the generic class power is.
This one is completely undoable, but I think it would be cool.

Satchel Charge (a remote detonated explosive charge with a 15m blast radius. It can only be planted; not thrown.)
Escapist (for 5 seconds the player can knock over enemies simply by sprinting through them; movement speed increased by 20%)

Damn beaten to it. It would be fun sneaking up on enemies with a bayonet shotgun and going "BOO!!".Would also like a Krogan Engineer with Claymore Turret on a tripod that drops grenades , Arc nades and Inferno nades .Would also like to swap QFI stickies for either energy drain or overload .tonydaazntiger319 wrote...

Gungnir: while this ability is active shots fired from your weapon will curve to hit the enemy and even over cover, like powers. Can't use other powers during the power.
Biotic Perversion: generates a very potent field around your character that distorts the path of incoming fire causing them to miss, it's like Fortune's superpower from MGS2. You're turian raises his hand in a very badass way.

Biotic Orbit: activates a field that picks up and slowly revolves dead bodies around your krogan using them as bullet shields. Activate the power again to toss the bodies at enemies. Rank one can hold 3 enemies. Rank 6 can hold 6 bodies or throw them with more force.
Pulsar; this is somebody else's idea working like a ranged Smash. Very badass.

Fitness: gain a modified biotic rage that speeds up cooldown.
