Hello!

I've been having a really good time playing ME3 multiplayer, and decided - given the level of enjoyment I've managed to get out of it- that I could spend 10 dollars on Veteran Packs (I'm hoping for a Turian Sentinel! Fingers crossed~.)

I bought 800 Bioware Points just fine- Paypal wasn't working for me at first, so I played a few games and then went  to buy the points with a credit card, bought the points- went to start buying Veteran Packs, bought the first one no problem! Now, I've had issues in the past where I've tried to buy packs with credits and my game would lag out, kick me back to the menu, but I'd get the pack - I'd just have to look through my manifest and figure out what changed, which was a little annoying but not insurmountable.

However, that's not what's going on here. I bought two subsequent Veteran Packs- or tried to; it said "checking for outstanding purchases", and then took me right back to the Store screen without opening up my veteran pack. Furthermore, checking my manifest I didn't actually get anything from the veteran packs I bought. Bioware points were deducted - points I paid for with money, which is why I'm not just shrugging and getting on with my life as I might be if I'd bought them with credits - but I didn't get any packs, even upon logging out and back in again.

Hopefully someone can help me with this!

I've now closed the game down completely, reopened it, tried to buy another Veteran Pack - and again, no dice.

I am having the same problems. After having issues purchasing points from Origin I managed to buy 800 Bioware points from the Dragon Age 2 website. I attempted to buy 2 Premium Spectre packs but nothing showed up on my screen, points were deducted as per normal though... Really frustrating.

You'll need to try and bug EA support as much as possible. They will tell you to come and post here, but this forum is mainly for fans to help each-other, and obviously we cant do anything to help redeem your points/money. So tell EA you have posted here and got no reply, and keep on bugging them about your lost points and dont give up.

I've been looking for contact information for EA's support on and off since I posted 2 hours ago and I can't seem to find anything. What email address would give me the best shot at reaching an actual human?

This is just a bug of the game, it has happened to me a number of times both with credits and Bioware points too with nothing to show. It has improved over the past few weeks but the problem still persists.
My only way of buying now it by not buying too many at once and (pushing my luck so to speak) and only purchase a pack one at a time between games and never on the main multi-player menu, long i know but it guarantees a pack most of the time.
