I had a evil grin plastered all over my face after I kicked her off the Normandy and read the news report of her death.

Mission complete.

They were being honest when they gave their original score.

notice the actual review of the DLC has GOOD written right next to the score right?

Unfortunately we've reached a very bad point for DLC going forward. The majority of people are done with the game. The story is over, and whether they liked it or not, they don't dwell on it. ME was just another game they played. I've been reading a lot of reviews on Leviathan, and the level of apathy most reviewers seem to have is pretty telling. It is a good DLC, but most people just don't care.

Fans are the ones who buy DLC, and who keep the hype going long after a game has been released. But most fans are sour on bioware. Over the endings, over DA2, over the response to the community, ect.

So all DLC is going to be facing an uphill battle. It needs to be able to win over bitter fans, AND appeal to people who are done with the game. Ultimately they are going to either have to A. address fan complaints, or B. get creative with DLC.

[Or C, which is, move along and work on something new.]

I love how the ****s flock to defend their Master's honor

oh and 7.5 is a mediocre score, underlined by the comments in the review itself. Of course if they were singing the praises of this piece of DLC then the writer would not be so "pretentious" right?

Won't click as don't want to give them hits. 'ign - for the gamer, by the publishers'. Final straw for me was their odious little toad ps3 editor. I forget his name now. Edit: Colin Moriarty, the self righteous imbecile

You're assuming people are hating on IGN out of love for Bioware.

People hate them because they are inconsistent. IIRC BSN hated on IGN for defending the endings of ME3.

When I mentioned someone being pretentious I was talking about Colin Moriarty.

care to tell that to developers especially EA developers that consider everything below a 9 not meeting requirements? not my words mind you...that is what they say. Also, as we score in Europe (at least Italy)

6: passable ( the threshold of sufficiency anything less is failing)

7: discrete ( OK)

8: distinct (above the average)

9: excellent (self explanatory)

10: optimal (perfect)

7 is still mediocre, passable, but mediocre

They enjoyed and defended the original (not EC) ending and now they dare to pick holes on a dlc which was a great addition to the game and overall plot and lore... "b. please!" :D

7.5 is good

any way DLC verry rarely scores very high Arrival only  Scored a 7.0

The ridicouls standers devlopers set for their scores has no bearing on what the reveiwers decide to give. If they were going to say it was bad or Mediocore, they would of given it a lower score

as is They gave it a Passing score.

Because of all the allers hate, they turned against bioware for creating such a god-awful character.

And rightly so! Posted Image

Jessica Chobot is a much better looking girl than Diana Allers.

Seriously the in-game model makes it look like she'd been hit by a truck, had to have metal inserted into her head to hold everything together, then all her skinned swelled up and puffed out as a result.

Or she's actually a 70 y/o grandmother that has had so much plastic thrown on her face that she appears to still be in her early-30's.

But either way, you still know deep down her face just wants to fall apart and into it's natural position.

Also 30 seconds of dialog? LOL. This is why I can't take IGN serious at all. What a joke of a site.
