Let me remind you - the gameplay was the only redeeming quality. This DLC is not an RPG. You get 400 war assets and a nice adventure that gives credence to starkids abrupt shift of the central conflict to Org vs Synth. If anything it makes me want to shoot the tube more to give the reapers the peace of death before their mythos is wrecked further.
This DLC seemed to be forced to link to SC and Org vs Synth. IMO the leviathan would have been the absolute BEST substitute for SC. Had I made it to the decison chamber and I meet a leviathan VI or an interface and I get the same spcheel. Oh yeah - I would shoot the tube, but the mythos of the reapers would be more in tact. There would be a bit more mystery for me to speculate on. There would be no organics vs synthtetic BS that we got pulled on us in the last moments. M Night Shamalayong-a-ding-dong would LOVE ME3 for such a great twist.
Gameplay wise - leviathan is worth it. Story wise - it is kinda worth it. Character wise - it isn't worth it.
This DLC helps soften the punch in the face that is the starkid and his organics will be destroyed by synthetics BS plot twist.

Sorry, but EA doesn't buy reviews.
Why do EA games, many of them hyped, get low scores?
Medal of Honor was very hyped, but look at the review scores of that game. It dropped EA's stock.
Just face facts, reviewers LIKED MASS EFFECT 3!!!!!! Get over it.
I dont want to be the one that will wreck ur innocence.. can some1 plz explain to hin?
Just look up Jeff Gerstmann for an example of how much influence a publisher has on reviews.
Once again.....
Medal of Honor....EA's hyped COD killer.....
Where were all the glowing reviews for that game?

People tend to seperate people on this board into Bioware for ever fans and haters. Believe me, I don't want to hate Bioware, I don't want to never play ME3 again. Not buying Leviathan and only playing ME3 once compared to keeping the previous two on my hard drive for years, were not petty impulsive things I did just for kicks.
Does Bioware not get it, IGN does! I cannot really care about mid game DLC, knowing that nothing I do matters and knowing the ending that is to come. Do I really want to add another person to my list of many people I promise to have a drink with.........when this was all over?
No I don't, its sad, pointless, knowing that I will never see them again, and nothing i do in that DLC will change anything.
Midgame DLC for an ending that killed your game franchise is the stupidest decision I have ever seen. I can't really imagine an ending that could be conceived that would want me to replay a game less. Then you are surprise when the DLC isn't very popular, blah, hurumph, sigh and all that.....*shakes head*

Because ign didn't have a journalist in Medal of Honour?
Basically it goes like this....
I recommend this video to you all
Read the comments about some of the things they do...
In this specific instance, it's;
- "This is for increasing the funding of media review organizations to get better reviews of your games."
