 so i bought a psp with ms points i had left over and i downloaded but never opened and froze my game up. so i had to dashboard and i never got my pack. is there any way of getting the points back or getting a pack?

Yeah same here and I can't use ms points to buy anymore packs either. I want my 240 ms points back or three premium packs to make up for it. :'(
