Hey folks, got a bit of a problem here; just got the game installed yesterday and while it's uploading my achievements correctly and I was able to redeem my code for the blood dragon armor with no trouble at all, I can't upload characters, screenshots or saved games. When I look at the screenshots page of my profile it tells me I have -1 of -1 files stored online. Has anyone else had an issue like this? Can anyone at Bioware give me some guidance on how to get this resolved? Thanks!

Araynon, I've got the same issue. I haven't really taken the time to troubleshoot it at this point but I'd be willing to see what solutions people suggest.

Well it's nice to know it's not just me. Hopefully there's a way to get it fixed.

Make sure your windows' firewall isnt' blocking anything.
I had to (in Windows 7):
- turn firewall ON
- reset patterns
- include the game manually in the "outgoing" section of firewall
All with the game closed. Then entered the game and everything is fine now.
Sure, somethings my character takes 8h to upload, but that's it, no more connection bugs.

Awesome, thank you! It worked. I'm not actually sure what you meant by reset patterns, but adding the game manually to the outbound connections list did the trick.

hehe, sorry for the innacurate description, english isn't my official language XD
what i meant is to reset the default settings of the firewall, but if the outbound thing did the trick, no need to do it =)
im not sure why the windows firewall can block something while its disabled, lol.
