great now anyone who openly states that they will not purchase anything ME related but are open to purchase other bioware content assuming it gauges their interests will be pariahs who will face endless verbal execution from people who fear they will get no more sp dlc for me3.......

I can set you up for a good deal on some new armor made up of reinforced indifference. Their words will just bounce off, you won't even notice them. Interested ?

yes, actually do you have it in Turian? and whats the armor rating? Lets talk credits my friend ;)

I find it amusing how everyone quotes Econ 101 to anyone who finds Weeks statement ridiculous -- that we have to buy leviathan to get more DLC. As if they don't understand that Bioware would make a but load of cash off of a DLC that changed the ending. But that doesn't stop the smug remarks about supply and demand. So here's my smug remark. Bioware can't make crap and expect people to buy it --  they have to meet a DEMAND.

Bam.

Economics.

Now I passed 5th grade social science.

Wow now if there only wasn't a huge portion of the fanbase that actually like ME3 and are more than willing to buy dlc
then bioware would truly be under our thumb, but alas this is not so....

And here we have yet another example of the BSN tearing apart even the most banal statements from anyone from Bioware and twisting the words into an insult to their fans.

And said fans then wonder why Bioware won't talk to them.

Give more money to these money grubbers for content that's actually good because the original content was abysmal and disappointing?

That's almost as circular as the Catalyst's argument.

There is only one ME3 DLC I will buy. Until and unless they fix the ending, I won't buy any ME3 related content. I didn't even download the freebies. There's no point. The game is fundamentally flawed, and if they refuse to do anything about it, I refuse to purchase more for it. And if they don't produce any more for it, so be it.

As someone who doesn't like the current state of the endings, I agree, I have had an epiphony over these fans being maniacs.

You both clearly missed the point of the thread then. Bioware cannot say that there is not enough interest in single player dlc based off of how well Leviathan sells when Leviathan was not necessarily what fans wanted to see. If they're not willing to modify their dlc plans to work with demand that's one thing, but Bioware seems to pride themselves off of bring "co-creators" with the fans. If they would rather not make any single player dlc, as opposed to simply giving one dlc that people want, one would think conversations with Bioware are becoming one sided.

Capitalism doesn't care.

Money talks, not you or I.

The problem is - money also lies.

Very true. Just because people don't buy Leviathan, doesn't mean people don't want something else. For that matter, just because people buy Leviathan doesn't mean they don't want something else.

Complaining about complaining is unproductive.

Complaining about complaining is unproductive.

It also makes no sense in the context of this thread.

This is tragic. I'll be sure to pay for something I don't want , then.

Personally Mass3 is over,Shepard's dead, the universe has dramatically changed, the reaper threat has ended.Does not matter what DLC is released, new love interests,Omega, space orgies.....non of it will change the ending,so what's the point of it............Shepard dies.

I'm not an angry fan,I'm not protesting,I'm just not interested in DLC for Mass3.......the game didn't meet my expectations (created by mass1 and 2) so I simply don't want more of something I didn't like.

another blackmail ...let butthurt flow through you

Just one point, BioWare lied too many times - so if you start blidnly believe that only inscreased purchase of Leviathan can bring you bright future ... Morrigan said it first: Don´t be a fool ...

So this means that ME3 will suffer the same fate like DA2.  Buried after 2 DLC.

Looks that way. And all because they couldn't just release an alternate ending.

There is much more behind that but agreed that endings were the cherry on pie which caused all that backlash.

And I suppose BioWare will blame the customers if Leviathan ends up the only SP DLC, eh?

Because it's not that people didn't buy it because they lost interest in the series.

Yeah, it's easier to show war assets in london than, say, retcon their character assasination of TIM that started in the first mission.

I wasn't around here for DA2, but I heard there was something along the lines of "We were working through stuff but the support wasn't there so we scrubbed any plans" From what I've seen from Bioware's pr that's what I'm expecting to hear.

why is that statement a surprise to anyone?

although if the dlc sales do go badly they have no one to blame but themselves theres a few dlcs that would obviously do well if they made them.
