40 psp's and nothing but ammo. I want to file a complaint that the store is unfair, broken and discriminates. it is not random.

It is definitely broken. The only character cards i've been getting lately are the BASIC HUMANs even though I've maxed out all their appearance options. This isn't supposed to be happening. I haven't even unlocked 1 N7 character. This, out of 25 VPs and maybe 10 PSPs the past week. Where can I complain about this? I tried EA support and the rep didn't have a damn idea what to do.

Up to 60 something PSP's with a wraith and Jav upgrade...both useless to me. I'll never get a ^^$% harrier. And it aggravates the hell outta me.
