She's too young to be his mom, but that doesn't mean he doesn't view her as one.
There are some kids that my sister has baby-sat for years. The oldest is 9, and youngest is like 3, and my sister is 18. Too young to be their mother but they view her as a mother figure, though it's moving to an older sister thing for the oldest.

I'm usually more likely to view someone like that as a sister or a brother than a mother or father. Unless they were actually old enough to be my mother or father.

I shouldn't have read the comments in that IGN article. Do these "true FF fans" have anything better to do than trash a game they haven't played and insult those who are excited for it?

I would like to point out that Hope's mother dies at the beginning of the game, after which he suffers great hatred towards Snow. A little while later, Hope finds himself travelling with Light alone, and they talk about the Snow issue. Light originally doesn't press anything, but later on realizes her mistake and tries to press him to change his position (a moral position). This influence helps Hope, though not alleviateing the situation.
This strikes me, especially the "Mom dies" combined with the "spend X hours alone with Light," as her becoming a surrogate mother, or at the very least a mentor.
The thing i feel clinches this greatly is when Hope is lying on the ground dozing and Light is watching him, and he says, "Mom?" This just seems to strike me as her becoming a mother figure. i could certainly be wrong.

I'm sure they stick with one another for their own reasons. I just forgot to think of Hope's.

Yup. They shouldn't trash a game unless it's strayed so far from its roots and the developer outright states that the established fanbase's credit cards aren't enough; deyz b wanting dat CoD audience.
Btw, the game I'm talking about is Resident Evil 6. I enjoyed certain aspects of it, but overall, it can't be identified as RE to me anymore outside of the characters.

So apparently there are rumors that these three tracks are from the OST. One of them (The Crimson Blitz one) certainly is because we've heard it before in the trailer, but the other two are the tracks in question. Be warned, they sound as though they were recorded with a third party device (i.e. bootleg):

Nomura really has been taking his time on VsXIII I admit. What has he been doing? Sitting on his ass the whole time? He hasn't been working on anything else I'm sure. At this rate if a rough release date isn't revealed at E3 or a similar game event like TGS this year we can either assume it's cancelled or will be a next-gen game, providing the PS3 game market dioesn't shrivel up and die soon after the PS4's release and considering how long the PS2 kept going that's very unlikely.

No. Nomura also directs the Kingdom Hearts series. He has been busy directing all these other KH Games and Vs XIII at the same time.
Plus he creates concept art, for the XIII Trilogy, KH, and Vs XIII. His hands are full.

Well, Nomura did an illustration at the 25th anniversary event of FF. To assure the fanbase it is not canned. Altho I'd rather he and his team crank it out ASAP so I can get a flippin' Kingdom Hearts 3 already.
