I'd rreally love to meet Andraste and some of the old Tevinter. And get more info on Arlathan.

Da4 or DA5 could be a prequel instead of another  sequel.

Thoughts ?

Well, it didn't occur in the "Dragon Age". And you wouldn't be able to have different story outcomes, because Andraste's tale is part of Thedas' lore and history, and the key details are pretty much set in stone.

But I would like to see it, nonetheless. What I would really like is an Age of Empires-style RTS spin-off, where story campaigns would include all the great wars in the history of Thedas, including Andraste's Exalted March (and other Exalted Marches), the earlier Blights, and the first war with the Qunari.

Good point! And ya that would rock. As long as the RTS had something for us story and romance buffs, it would be perfect!

I'm compltely terrible at RTS games, and I don't really like them besides, but I have to admit I love this idea. I would absolutely buy that game. Especially to play through previous Blights.

The easiest way to hide a woman is in a boy's body. Sandal could very well be Andraste. *nods*

I hope not. I like Flemeth as she is - an enigmatic apostate-abomination. I don't much like Secret-Identity plot twists.

I wouldn't mind a plot about Andraste, but I think actual meeting her would be too much.

I'd rather leave Andraste as mostly an unknown

Maybe just a book. But I sure would love to seein 3D and hear a VA do Andraste. And her Exalted March, and the old Evil Magisters and Archons <3

I could pass on Andraste, but I would really love a prequel.

I'd love to play as Garahel (who'd have to be an elf) and go back and defeat the fourth blight.
... traveling to the Anderfels, Orlais, Antiva, and Starkhaven. Killing so many darkspawn that it would be centuries before there was another blight. Awesome. :D

In the immortal words of Sten: 'No.'

I don't want prequels. Build on what there is now. Whenever you do a prequel you work with things you already know. Unless the twist is "Yeah, but you didn't know this!" When all it amounts to is a retcon.

By the simple virtue that a prequel is about a story that happened before the story you told means that it wasn't the most interesting story you wanted to tell.
