I cannot not download the content that game with the game even though I put in the promo codes.

You do not download it from here. You download it from within the game.

Yep, you, me and another thousand of dissapointed gamers who paid honestly for their version of Dragon Age. An empty ingame DLC screen. Does anyone knows the solution to this issue?

Also, pushing the refresh button in the DLC window within the game often helps, especially if you exit the game, restart your computer and then start it up again. Worked for me, you might give it a try.

Actually i had all those problems and fixed them the problem im having now is it is saying i must be logged into an official character in order to play my own damn saved game...not only do i have money on the line hear but my whole game!!!Iv put hours into it and i cant get on cuss it is sayin im an unaurtherised user!!!how more autherized do u need to be? i bought the stupid game its on my comp that i bought?what are the credentials hear?if i would have nown id have this many probs getting all that new stuff i never would have paid for it i could have bought awakening for as much money as iv invested in this crap!!and i still dont see how u can get ahold of someone in support or in the makeing of the game to fix this becouse it isnt my comp...the dled copy says unautherized...tell me what i have to do to autherize it...or just give me my money back yea know?

The likely issue is with the Dragon Age Content Update service.  See Section 5 of the PC DLC In-Game Errors FAQ for more information.

is there a way to save all the dlc you paid for to a hard disk like a cd so you won't have to buy it all again if you change computers?

I am experiencing the same problem, can play the game when not logged in, but as soon as I log in, everything becomes unauthorized...I will check in the FAQ as suggested above, but in the even t that does not help, how do you get in touch with someone? I have found no link, no nothing but the forum page, which I find slightly confusing and overwhelming when I just want a simple answer to a question I don't want to have to wade thru all this other stuff to find it...I like the game before the download and awakenings, now I am frustrated.
