After i had purchased my bioware points, and got my DlC's i was positive that way before the release of of ME 3 there was at least 800 to 900 points left, im positive that a large amount as in just under a thousand was still displayed on my bioware social profile page, id checked the page for a transaction list but cant find it or if it is there it is difficult to find.
When i logged back in the other day to purchase the new ME 3 DLC i saw i had 480 points lefts, i had made note of having enough points left, when id last logged into my social profile, because i was waiting for a ME 3 DLC and if it wasnt coming, i was going to purchase Mark of the Asssassin DLC.
I was quering why it had been displaying a larger amount, and now only 480 points, and if i could get a purchase confirmation list, to make a positive confirmation of my purchases.
Need to confirm bioware points amount.

Theres no point, EA is basically passing the buck and directing people here to get advice, from users which doesnt solve a technical problem, since Bioware doesnt have any technical support, or support, but EA,s technical support, so the advice is you start with them they tell you to go here, you read the forum which tells you to go back to EA technical support.
I went back told them to stop passing it on and they gave me the information i need, which they could have done the first time, now its cleared up.
The Bioware Social profile page was originally telling me i had at least 900 to 800 point dont remeber which since i last checked around the start of this year and last year, and now its telling me i have 430, so from what i can gather is they didnt update the database displaying the incorrect number, taking a very long time to correct the error since it seems my last purchase was in 2010.

What you've got is a lot of poorly motivated and poorly trained people, most of whom want to follow their scripts as closely as possible, without referring to the full range of information available to them. Those will give you the run-around. Mixed in with the average dummies are a few who enjoy their work, and like helping people. OK, I suppose there are more than a few, and we only hear about the "lazy" ones here.

The last tech support person i got simply checked the database for the answer i wanted, which the first person could have done, because it seemed no effort for this individual to answer the question in a few minutes, it was simple that they just didnt update the web page and it was displaying false information, i thought i had more points than i did, they gave me a list of dates of purchase and points, which the web page grossly lacks.
So now i know i dont have enough points to purchase the newest ME 3 DLC, and with all the complaints i see on this forum, id be unlikely to bother wasting my time trying to buy more, especially with the lack of support.

But i will say the last person was nice and helpful, so i do compliment them for doing their job, unlike the other two, but passing people to here doesnt assist people, it just wastes their time trawling through threads since the mods cant assist you in fixing any problems you have.

And that assumes you can contact a Moderator any way other than via a PM. "Account" problems are strictly EA's to deal with. There are plenty of potential assists that your fellow gamers, who are the majority of who you can reach, actually can offer answers for, if the knowledgeable ones aren't excessively annoyed by the dim-wittedness of some very foolish members, and earn "Political Incorrectness" ratings from Moderators who care more about being nice than about being helpful / truthful.

I do understand that if it wasnt for alot of helpful players in forums, probably alot of answer wouldnt get answered by the people who's are the ones liable to answer the questions of users, and if anything probably keep alot of frustrated gamers from being less frustrated by doing the jobs of the people who get payed to do it.
