Happened to me 3 times so far (1 time i was the host). after a grab-kill (don't know how to translate it) sometimes mob appears standing still behind cover and nothing can kill it (yep, tried few missles). I don't have to tell you how frustrating it is on platinum when you are equiped with the best gear and only way out is to leave game. I'm wondering how common this bug is.
