Blind faith buying will just give them positive reinforcement, that you like the direction they are going. Not buying and asking for what you want, will get the message over more clearly.

I don't.
Bioware has said multiple times they aren't changing the ending, and I'm not going to spend $10 on a product I don't want to support a company who has said they have no intention of providing the content I DO want. It's Bioware's job to make content that is appealing, it's not my job to support Bioware until they make something decent.

Good post TS you make good points. However, if we keep allowing these game companies get away with unfulfilled promises on what the game is supposed to deliver, whats to stop them from repeating this in the future. This being the entertainment industry you have to deliver upon your promises and then exceed some if you want to be successful.
This. So Much This.

If Bioware makes a product that I feel isn't worth the my money, I'm not going to continue to support that product. I'll take my time and money elsewhere. Holding onto the hope that they'll suddenly improve by throwing my money at their inferior product is dumb.

Shepard's already dead.Jade8aby88 wrote...
Then you're giving up, forget about the money and think about Shepard.
If their dlc fails then they will just move on.
Taking a stand here on bsn by holding back your money wont get you anywhere, EA will just pull the plug and move on. Whose to say they will even notice "why" their dlc wont sell?
I mean BioWare probably will, but EA will just see a loss of revenue and cut it.
I don't want Mass Effect 3 being cut.
I'm not really holding back my money. It's just that I'm no longer interested in more DLC or ME games. They could do whatever they want with the ME universe. I couldn't care less if they further ruin it.

Not really care about the Ending. Shepard died. So? So what? It was expected. Move on.
Doesn't mean everyone else died...
I rather see more Character Content DLC(s) then seeing if Bioware will keep Shepard alive.
Besides the Best Ending Bioware can Give us is:
If Wrex came with Shepard & ate Casper the Ghost

I plan on buying some of the DLC's once they're all out. Mainly because I don't want to buy all of them (such as Leviathan), just whichever ones are best, like Omega has really caught my interest.
Lol, you're just hoping for Dark Knight and Kai Leng/Bane content, Baa Baa

Sounds like someone just watched a certain episode of that Jimquisition show.
It was brilliant, and thank god for jim, but OP is interpreting the wrong way entirely.

Bioware is off the pre-order and DLC purchase list ... Obsidian and CD Project carry the torch now ...

I'd be a little sad if that happens, but I don't really see me buying any DLC anytime soon. Sorry!

As far as I'm concerned, the ball is now in their court. It's up to them to make DLC that I'll want to spend money on and reinstall the game. If they fold up and stop supporting ME3, then I've lost nothing more than I already have.

People need to stop holding their wallets and start supporting this company if they ever want anything in regards to the endings changed.
There is absolutely NOTHING stopping them from cutting their losses and running, cancelling future dlc plans.
I don't know about you, but I REALLY don't want to see that happen!
In fact, I would rather support them on blind faith and optimism alone, hoping that they will listen and fix this with future dlc. But for that to happen, people need to get off their "youtube" horses and show BioWare how much you want a better ending for Shepard and for Mass Effect too.
Because at the end of the day, they hold all the cards.
In the same way we all banded together to "hold the line", we need to band together once again to show BioWare just how far we're willing to go. Sure, this blind faith might be a bit dellusional, but I know for a fact that 'holding the wallet', is not going to do anything but bad things.
