If you redeem points on your account, you can spend them in ME3.
I wouldnt recommend using them on the multiplayer packs though, as if you go through this forum you will find lost of people who have been charged and then never received their items.

I purchase Bioware points from this site, and have in the past bought them from the EA store. If you buy the Bioware points from this site, you get a Dragon Age theme, but the points can be spent on ME2 or ME3 DLC. I'm not sure about those sites you posted, my suggestion would be to purchase your Bioware points from this site if you can, as I have not run into any problems redeeming points bought here. Hope that helps...

The DA theme is imagery of the Dragon Age game series, and it might confuse some people to think they are only buying the Dragon Age game's points but Bioware points can be spent on all Bioware games.
From the Ashes is a must have DLC for ME3, and now that I have the Firefight pack working there is a few nice guns to use in that pack.
At this point, I'm a waiting to see what new bugs are being introduced by the new Leviathan DLC before I download it, as I'm in the middle of a full playthrough taking Shepard from Eden Prime in ME1 all the way through to the end of ME3...

That bug already exists
I'm on a major mission marathon play-through from the *Origin* of Shepard in ME1 to ME3
can't take any chances. Besides, I just got access to my extra FireFight weapons so now I'm going to have to play-through ME3 at least once more to battle test them all properly.
Nay, I must not be tempted into Leviathans depths until the Trilogy has been won! Then I'll get Leviathan installed and take a dip into the madness once again...
