Setting up NWNX is complicated, but the script itself is simple. You're looking for SetSoundSet() in nwnx_funcs. The usage would be...
... where nSoundSet is, IIRC, the index for the soundset in soundset.2da.
SetSoundset(oCreature, nSoundSet);
