I get this issue about 75% of the time when it comes to Mass Effect 3. Some days it will work perfectly fine. Other days it will say that I don't have any of the DLC's and it will not connect me to the ME servers. I do nothing different when starting the game. I always launch it the same everytime. So logicly, It's not something I am doing.

I have talked to the EA support people. To be honest, they are about as usefull as ****** on a bull. When I have tried to fix the problem myself with the limited knowledge that I have, I have been unable to resolve the problem. I have all the DLC (minus Leviathan. To be frank. I'm not going to buy it until I can play it when I want/can)

I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game which comes with the cosmetic stuff for shepard and the squadmates along with that dog that runs around the shuttle bay. When I start a fresh game when I am having these issues, those listed items do not appear in the game even though I have the DDE version of the game.

I don't know if I'm the only person with this issue. At the moment, I feel like I can only play Mass Effect 3 when it feels like I can play it,  rather then when I want to play it. I would love to experience the Leviathan DLC along with other features that could come. But with this inconsistant issue I am having and lack of help, I am not willing to spend money for something I can not fully enjoy

Since I did the newest update to Origin a couple days ago, I started getting this problem.

After reading through the threads I found a simple solution to this issue, although it seems to only be a temporary fix, for now until we get a new update to Origin to address the newly introduced bugs.

I delete this file (OnlineProfile.profile) in this folder

C:\\Users\\...\\Documents\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 3\\BIOGame\\Config\\OnlineProfile.profile

Then I go online, start the game and the DLC appears to get authorized (no error message). I then exit the game, click on the Origin window and choose Go Offline, disconnect from the internet and then the game starts without issues in Offline mode... until we get that "Unable to authorize DLC" message again... :/

Maddening, I know... heh!

Tried this. went straight to saying that I have no DLC as apposed to saying it can not authorize it. But thanks for the suggestion none the less

Have you tried going into the Origin My Game and then clicking on the i (information) button and right clicking (for the repair download option) on the DLC packages?

I did this on the Firefight pack and the From the Ashes DLC once, it said it found no errors but after that I got all my Extended Cut DLC stuff to show up in-game, that wasn't showing up before.

I had to restart the computer once after doing that though because ME3 and Origin wouldn't start, but since then I've only gotten that "Unable to Authorize DLC" message once... although I only started getting problems two days ago...

This may help (It works for me when it tells me that it can't validate the from ashes dlc), if you start your game with origin in offline mode you should get no problem if you're getting the problem I think you are getting.
