Eh. I think Wrex is the Chuck Norris of the Krogan. Diplomat or not, Wrex is unstoppable.

I also think that these are absolutely terrible ideas, though I do agree with the sentiment that war assets be realized as cinematic events than just useless numbers. I really don't care that I have the Leviathans as a war asset at all. Their story was neat, but making them a war asset was just.. why? I didn't even get a new cinematic showing them doing ANYTHING. I would have been actually more content if they had just SPOILERS let Shepard go END SPOILERS and not contributed anything at all other than their bit of knowledge.

If you're going to add war assets, MAKE ME CARE. I would PAY for war asset DLC. I would actually give you money to make cinematics that reflect the contributions of my war assets.

Adding cutscenes won't solve anything and it will only brake action, due to how level design is of that level.

So no, it can not work without overhauling an entire mission.
Which it needs to be done, in fact.

As much as I'd like an overhaul it probably won't happen. I think they could throw in some additional cutscenes for our war assets during the Hammer landing cutscene, and right when Hammer moves up and is taking on the destroyer. maybe add in some cutscenes when you reach a certain part of the level.

a) *If Wreav is leading the krogan*

Although not much of a diplomat, Wreav excelled in the battlefield. The main horde of the krogan has already managed to get near the beam, however, Wreav sees grunt being held up by a huge brown mass, and he immediately orders his remaining soldiers to save him. The reaper forces are no match for the krogan, and just as it is preparing to slam Grunt into the ground, the brute is hit by multiple claymore blasts on all sides, and collapses.

Grunt gets up, and laughs, walking back to his warlord.

B) *If Wrex is leading the krogan*

Although a fantastic diplomat and a great example for his people, Wrex, exhausted by months of careful diplomacy, barely manages to reach his position, and has only a handful of soldiers left. He sees Grunt hanging in the air by the claw of a brute, but knows that he cannot save him.

Instead, he vows to make grunt a martyr for his people, and goes on to erect a huge statue of him in the new capital of Tuchanka. Every day the krogan will see the statue; and so every day they will be reminded to endeavor to drive their people to even greater heights.

Yeah ummm fix this. Wrex is superior to Wreav in every way. If anything Wrex would have more soldiers as he is a better Military commander and leader than Wreav. There would also be far more Krogan under Wrex's command because he was pushing for peace and breeding on Tuchanka before the war and it was working. Wrex is also far more experienced in combat since he is hundreds of years older than Wreav and Wrex is a biotic. Do you think a few weeks of playing diplomat would rob Wrex of his centuries of combat experience? No it wouldn't plus after the Genophage cure he's off fighting the reapers off Palaven with the rest of the Krogan. How would he be rusty? He also cares about the people under his command he would rush to save Grunt not leave him to die.

Wreav is the one who wouldn't give a sh!t and just leave Grunt to his fate. Wreav would also have less soldiers because he was letting Krogan kill each other with their traditions in ME2 if he was ruling.

Know your characters dude. <_<

I absolutely know my characters mate; I was just trying to make it so having either character has both positive and negative outcomes.

I don't want a typical 'Paragon = good, renegade = bad', because that is not what they mean.

I would pay for this. I want to see war assets kicking ass in cutscenes. While I would appreciate a suicide mission style way of selecting what to do with them I'd be fine with just seeing them in action

I agree; I think a complete overhaul of the way priority earth is done may be too much to ask for, but a cutscene dlc may be plausible.

Samara cutscene coming soon!

Does anyone have an idea for what choice could have an impact on this scene?

I would like to see some war assets incorporated into the game. Maybe a new squadmember just for this mission.

The only big choices concirning Samara are 1) choosing her over Morinth and 2) saving her or letting her kill herself at the monistary.

Im not sure how you could do her?

What i have done is make this one unrelated to a choice (not enough choices in me3 for that lol *zing*), however, she fights alongside you and provides some dialogue.

I got an idea:

Zaeed being in charge of the mercenary gangs you gathered for Aria. A cutscene wich shows Zaeed setting up a trap with his gangs, and when the times comes, they set off the trap and Zaeed screams: "GO! Let's sent those guddam bastards back to hell" and you see all the various gangs fighting together as one big team/one big gang.

A great idea! Although, would the blue suns accept zaedd as their leader, considering their history?

Although I love the idea of seeing your ex-squadmates in action it wouldn't work for a lot of them. Kasumi, Mordin and Jacob are not fighting on Earth, they are aboard one of the Crucible ships.
Mordin, Thane and Legion are dead, but I assume you didn't actually plan anything for them.

After all this you have left: Miranda, Jack, Zaeed and Grunt.

I have an idea for kasumi

I'm doing another one for miranda, since she didn't have much part in Jack and miranda

And im also doing some for shiala and kirrahe, and ash/kaidan if they are made into a war asset instead of joinging team

i absolutely agree with OP. in fact i think you should be able to position your crew like the suicide mission.

OP, can you add a request for 'updated consequences'? example, if you take out the rachini queen, the reapers have to go back to using ME2 scions. if you take out the ardat yashi monistary, the reapers go back to using those flying blue mini bosses.

Yes I thought about that, and that can depend on what choice you made back in ME2. You see, if you let Vido go, there would be an extra dialogue scene with a Blue Suns member talking to Zaeed about not trusting him, because Vido told them Zaeed is dangerous and needs to be shot on sight. But of course, Zaeed almost breaks his neck when telling him that there's a war going on and we need to win that war without looking into the past.

Then, if you killed Vido, there's a scene where the Blue Suns ask Zaeed about Vido, and Zaeed shakes his head with a grim smile and walks on.

Seems pretty cool to me :)

i really wish bioware would do this. its really the only dlc that would make it worthwhile to play through the end.
