I don't think the artists have anything against it - the Bioware team actually support things like this. Hell, they'd probably love to do it. But it's not just a matter of wanting it to happen. They've got to look at their budget, time projection, marketing potential, ect. They need to pay the animators, voice actors, and dev team after all.
If it were just a matter of imagining new cutscenes, gametypes, or enemies, there'd be twice as much content in both the Single Player and Multiplayer as there is now, but someone's actually got to make it. It actually involves work.
So no, this isn't a matter of Artisticness. It's a matter of you probably not understanding what a project like this would require. :

So, if I understand this, you think that the ressources that were put into making, developing, and improving on the multiplayer ought to have been allocated to the single-player team. Not a fan of the Multiplayer?

I enjoy the multiplayer; I just don't believe it belongs in Mass Effect. RPGs aren't supposed to have horde mode multiplayer in them.
Bioware tried to please everyone in me3, the new fans and the old alike. They ended up not really pleasing anybody.

I strongly disagree. I think if the Multiplayer forum and my XBox Live friends are any indication, the multiplayer was very successful. Whether it belongs in me3 is a different question, but I find it very enjoyable. The amount of character customization, the selection of weapons, and the other RPG elements in the multiplayer have made a strong addition to the single-player campaign. In essence, I feel as though the multiplayer's given me my money's worth.
How big of a difference do you think it would have made if they'd allocated the multiplayer workforce to improving the single-player?

By fans, I mean fans oif the singleplayer. Obviously multiplayer fansd like the mltiplayer.
I believe the multiplayer itself did not take any resources from the SP, but the galactice readiness idea was a very bad one.
People were forced to play MP if they wanted the best ending.

but what I am saying is that Biowares what did they call it artistic ntegurity (sorry for bad spelling but meh)
Bioware could acutally add this with not wasteing loads of money, all they need is to re use voice files mess around with them so they sound like Bioware re hierd the voice actors, If I can do this in windows movie maker at no cost im sure bio can, all you have to do is cut the vo in the place you want it and place the 2nd vo after it to make a new line.
also we don't really need cutscenes, we should just have little light effects and raidor chatter.

Although I love the idea of seeing your ex-squadmates in action it wouldn't work for a lot of them. Kasumi, Mordin and Jacob are not fighting on Earth, they are aboard one of the Crucible ships.
Mordin, Thane and Legion are dead, but I assume you didn't actually plan anything for them.
After all this you have left: Miranda, Jack, Zaeed and Grunt.
I have an idea for kasumi
I'm doing another one for miranda, since she didn't have much part in Jack and miranda
And im also doing some for shiala and kirrahe, and ash/kaidan if they are made into a war asset instead of joinging team
I just replayed the ending and apparently Jacob IS on Earth. Doesn't really makes sense to me, but it would be canon to include him in your Idea. Kasumi confirms that she's not on Earth, but if you already have an idea for her I would love to read it.
About Zaeed, I like the idea, but I believe the Blue Suns would respect Zaeed more because he was able to kill their leader. I don't really think they would truly care for Vido's life anyways. But I guess that's just how I see it.

Yes, jacob would make sense, but i'm not really sure how to write him (I didn't find him very...interesting)
And I did think that zaeed's section was a bit weak stroy-wise, but I wasn't really sure what else to put

Here's one for Zaeed.
A) If Vido survived:
You see Darner Vosque and Vido Santiargo charging through the rubble, blasting away reaper forces with more Blue Suns members. Without warning, a Destroyer's beam blasts through the group sending the two leaders flying, landing in a heap.
Zaeed marches on to the scene, pulling his pistol on Vido. "I've waited a long time for this Vido...."
Instead of firing, he reaches down with his other hand to help Vido to his feet. "...but this war is bigger than the two of us, you son of a b***h. Now, lets show these pansies what the Blue Sons are really made of!"
The three mercs charge off toward the beam, engaging the enemy.
Same as above, Darner Vosque is sent flying by the Destroyer.
Zaeed walks up to him helping him up. "Zaeed?"
"I'm 'assuming direct controle' of these idiots. Now, fall in line behind the 'real' leader of the Blue Sons!"
Zaeed runs off toward the enemy, followed quickly by Darner and the Sons.

The trouble with that is, I want to stay as close to the lore as possible, and Vido dies in a codex entry if zaeed din't kill him.

This is one of the things I most want, and the biggest hole in the game at the moment. In order for collecting war assets and replay to be worth it, we need to see these things in motion.
