So I just finished my very first playthrough of Mass Effect. I completed the entire game and met the conditions for the majority of the achievements but did not receive credit for a single one.

Im offline without access to the internet but I do have an active XBOX Live account

I completed the game and imported My Shepard into Mass Effect 2 and the Achievements are working fine in it, and Every other game I've played lately.

So is this a Mass Effect Issue or an XBOX Issue?
