HI,
I just bought a MP pack for 250 BioWare points but nothing happend. i lost the points but didnt get anything. Same goes for the Operation Alloy Victory Pack. I clicked purchase and my game crashed... then after a restart the pack wasnt there anymore but i couldnt find any new items or so.
This MP is bugged and confusing, why did they make it all random :/

Ok i just bought another Premium Spectre Pack and it did nothing... it says please wait for like 2 mins then it says calculating purchases or something and then nothing... iam just throwing away BioWare points!!!! it makes me mad!!!

The same thing happened to me yesterday, i contacted EA support and they said that they were "aware" of the situation and that they were working on a fix.
They couldn't give me an ETA so for the time being i'd recommend to NOT buy any packs using bioware points.

Yes you are. EA/BioWare are still not refunding people points for failed purchases as far as I know. I suggest you go and kick up a fuss on EA support!

I've had this happen to me over the last few weeks as well. It seems they do show up eventually, either once you enter the store a few days later during 'checking for outstanding purchases', or items/characters just show up in your inventory. I can't say 100% that I got every pack I bought, but I think I did. It's annoying though, best not to use points for the moment. Buying with credits seems to be unaffected.

Yup i just logged in today and it awarded me with 1 package, but i bought 2 packages and what about operation alloy package??
