The original, but its one of the new originals with 60gg hard drive. I had an old 360 when first came out but that got red ring. I got leviathan finally working but now it freazes at cinimatic scenes on the last mission.

Did you try both Disc 1 and Disc 2? Cleaned them both? Tried a different Shepard?

Leviathin seems to to be riddled with problems. I think I had some cover issues and it seemed like my game crashes alot since I have claimed the DLC. The game crash points seem to be random so I don't know specificly when and where. I am still shocked there was no patch released since Leviathin's release. Usually BIOWARE is very good about releaseing patches when a new DLC comes out but now....I don't know.

True and i havnt tryed leviathan on disc 2 but its worth a shot i guess ill try tomorrow. Im figuring a patch is needed but when will it come out is a question lol.

There were cover issues (in my experience) with the dlc Arrival for ME2; and to my recollection no patches were released for that. Those things are bugs within the game itself which ideally should draw developers' attention. If they aren't game breaking bugs they tend to be ignored.
Reaper, looking through your various posts you seem to indicate a disc unreadable problem, right? That wouldn't usually be seen as a game issue as such because it tends to indicate something to do with your hardware.
What you might want to consider trying is removing Leviathan again, downloading something else in the hope that will use the portion of the HDD that Leviathan had been installed to (make sure it's a big enough download), then redownloading Leviathan again (hopefully onto a 'new' portion of the HDD). The thought, and fear, is that it may be the HDD that is the problem.

I hate to say it you were right....theres certain space in my harddrive not working...i deleted some things and redownloaded leviathan now its working fine :/ this sucks id hate to have buy new hard drive. Thank you for your help everyone.
