It's time, the Harrier must be balanced... Or do you think it's fine the way it is?

Technically it is an excellent weapon.
The only thing I would raise is the stability of the gun, because a recoil of 4.5 is too high. 3.5 would be ideal.
Furthermore, we all have thermal clips. Use them.

You should modify the topic of your title - this is troll bait, for sure, and I have a hard time believing it's not intentional
The Harrier is balanced as is. Increase ammo capacity and there'd be little reason to use any other weapon whatsoever

Hint: The balance changes are based off of usage statistics.
So if you stop using the harrier, they will study why you are not using the harrier.
The Harrier buff will never come as long as it is 1/3rd of all pug weaponry.
So if you want more bullets, not using it is litterally the solution.
This.
No, not this. Use the Harrier. Player behavior is not the driving force behind balance changes. The devs play this game too, you know (specifically that departement - QA - that does little else but play the game) - and I believe they can identify as well as we can what weapons / powers / kits require balancing

that is why i don't want anyone to nerf it to the ground. Buff the Assault Rifle Maganize Mod would be a good idea for NON destroyers and Non barrage.
Also A possible buff to the Assault Rifle stablity mod.

80% of players use that stupid build now.
That class is becoming the bane of the player base... I am sick of it. Every random in a Platinum PUG now has a Demolisher with a Harrier or a Destroyer with a Typhoon and a Piranha. I rather enjoy watching them try to hold the line, and failing miserably at it. Demolishers in a hack circle are a downright joke... if they can't spam grenades at a distance, all the can do is spam rockets up close. Wave 10 Platinum PUG hack circles are a comedy in themselves... with 10+ rockets going off each hack. It's hilarious.
I do suggest Buffing another class and weapons combination that you want to see Platinum worthy.

There is nothing wrong in buffing the Disciple to make it more gold worthy.

I think it is fine actually, the lack of ammo is the only thing really balancing it out.

Demolisher is all I play, and even if I had a Harrier X, I'd still be using my Falcon X instead.
I'd say the Harrier needs an actual nerf. Seems too good.
Nerf the only good assault rifle? This is a terrible idea. Plus the Harrier got a nerf to its weight a while ago anyway.

One extra clip when you hit level X isn't that bad.

Also, if you want more ammo, there are Batarians and Gear for that.

I have been saying this since it came out. It has a heavier weight penalty -125% to a- 90% for a mattock. It has only 83% of the ammo reserves of the Mattock. Both do about the same damage per shot now. If you add character bonuses and gear bonuses and you have a fast trigger finger the rate of fire is not even going to be significantly different. So it really does not equal much of an improvement over the Mattock like it is supposed to do. Recently, some of us have even noticed that BW has raised the stability penalty to make it worth even less. You all may have noticed it too. I have used the Harrier many times but the last few days I noticed a significant difference in difficulty to keep it steady. The Harrier should have at least a max ( at level 10 that is) reserve of 150 rounds if not 160. This would make much more sense. Damage per shot should probably be raised since it ideally is supposed to do slightly more damage per shot as indicated when it first came out. Maybe125 per shot at level 10. Either that or lower the weight so some decent back up weapons can be carried since you have to be so badly married to a ammo box. Too often you run out of ammo when you need it most. And the way the game now spams enemies more than it used to, you need it. Spamming powers or weapons to fight spamming enemies and enemy weapons and powers are all but absolutely neccessary now. I liked the style a bit better before when you could mix up types of support, range, area, damage powers and weapons into team work and strategy.
Comparitively the Hurricane does about the same damage and has a ammo reserve of 280 and less weight. Stability is an issue but can be balanced by weapon mods, skills or bonus gear.

As a quick rule, All Ultra Rare weapons should out perform Uncommon weapons. All Uncommon weapons should be quite good overall, just Ultra Rare weapons should be that much better.

Agreed. There a lot of weapons in the Assault Rifles category (Saber, Falcon, Striker) which aren't really Assault Rifles.
The one thing that the Cerberus Harrier doesn't allow you to do is cover fire because the clip is too small and you don't have enough spare ammo.
I just hate being glued to an ammo box. Please give it more ammo.
I would love to see that change. But I'm not sure it is a good idea. The Cerberus Harrier is already a bit overused. Fixing the ammo problem would probably result in 99% of player showing up with low level Cerberus Harriers all the time.
They would probably start kicking everybody who dares to use the Piranha.
Or do you think it's fine the way it is?
No, the lack of ammo makes it difficult to use. I've recently stopped using the extended clip weapon mod it. Instead I'm trying to aim better and fire in short burst. You cannot just press the trigger and wave it arround.
What I would like to see instead is a damage increase for the Phaston and a serious recoil decrease for the Revenant.
