 Alright I have a feeling that this game is gonna be mind blowing and I want them to take their time with it. What I want is a little bit of info on it. The fact they are asking for player feedback and stuff  makes me think this game is gonna be awesome like I said though I just want a little info on it the one that is most important to know for me is will it be out for the current consoles and if so will it have a import option. Does anyone know anything yet

This. We have a Twitter thread and speculation thread which are overflowing with speculation, leaks and hints from BioWare. There's also the VGA awards in December, which is when many believe Dragon Age III will be officially announced. Devs have repeatedly stated that they will talk only when they have something to show, and nobody here is an exception to that rule. 

To answer your question though, yes, imports are confirmed.

I hope Commander Shepherd is in DA3. Has anyone seen Ninja Turtles 3, where they go back in time to Japan? It would be really awesome if DA3 and ME4 were the same game.

Nah, ME3 for example was announced officially in December. At the VGA's I believe. I seem to recall DA2 was announced via GameInformer as another example.

At this point it could be announced at almost any time, although an event of some sort is perhaps the most likely (such as the VGAs).

I was thinking about this after that recent 'leak' during Gamescom, and whilst it initially made me want them to just announce the thing already after giving it some thought I have decided that they can take as long as they want. We know it's on the cards, and the longer it is before a reveal then presumably the longer development time it is getting. And it's so important for the franchise that they knock this one out of the park (it can be as controversial as it wants in my mind, just so long as it is polished and not rushed out the door/over ambitious in regards to time and resources).
