What did you expect? Since you never give a straight answer it was just a question of time before people started to resort to headcanon and speculations to try and come up with their own ending to the discussion.

Eagle is correct in that this says nothing one way or another about Leviathan sales. Kingdoms of Amalur received 2 or 3 healthy sized DLC's, yet the company was in financial distress the whole way.

Not to mention Dragon Age 2. It recieved two DLC's and was about to recieve an expansion pack, but in the end it was cancelled because of... bad DLC sales. Also, let's remember. Leviathan and Omega (epseically Omega) were on the DLC train from the get-go.They were going to be coming whether the DLC sold poorly or not.

It's an admittance that the past DLC sold poorly, or should I say, "not as well as they hoped it would." If they were confidant that it would sell, they would sell it. They obviously weren't, so they scrapped the idea and decided to move onto Dragon Age 3, because they knew it wasn't worth it.

Their stocks are still dropping like bricks so I don't know what you're concerned about. Rumors abound that they're looking for someone to buy them off or are trying to get out of being a publically shared company so believe me, a ****storms abrewin.
