So, for some reason ME3 crashed while I was attempting to redeem the victory pack for Operation Alloy.  When I got the program up again, it was no longer an option in the store interface; and yet, I did not appear to have actually received my loot.
The Commendation Pack was still in the store list and I was able to redeem it successfully.
Did I lose my good junk?? Anyone else see this phenomenon?
