I got the standard edition of Dragon Age for the PC at launch, so I received a code for the two pre-order items and used them.

Now just recently I bought the Collector's Edition of the game for the Xbox 360, but because I got it later instead of being a pre-order, obviously I didn't get any code for the pre-order items, so now I wish I could get them on the 360 version. Is there any way to get them at all now, even if it means buying them? If not, has anyone still not used theirs? Maybe we could work something out.

I know, I know "well you already got them for the PC version, and they weren't that big of a deal, why bother?" But I'm a bit OCD about this stuff sometimes. Since I've already got every other DLC for the game, I kind of want to finish off the collection.

Also, there are several other DLCs I don't know how to get at all on the 360 version, for example, the Band of Fire, Helm of the Deep, Amulet of the War Mage, Embri's Many Pockets, and The Lucky Stone. Is there any way of getting these on the 360?
