 1) all i did was just install the 2 dlcs and then i started the ntuchanka: turian platoon mission.

2) after saving the 2 turian platoons, the battle where youre supposed to meet victus foesnt trigger. Reloading doesnt help.

Update.

Nt so sure if its related to the dlcs i downloaded but after you save the nsecond batch of turians, youre supposed to wait for the squadmates to comment on where to go (sample: wait for liara to say, "this way"). Youll be able to proceed normally.

If you rush to the final spot where youre supposed to rescue victus but you havent triggered the squaddies commenting, you wont get the battle and youll be stuck.

i am having the same problem for the xbox but mine is little different same as you dled the dlc firepowerpack and leviathan dlc on 2 different days once i installed firepower i tested this on levi dlc with the new weapons and nothing happens to them on disc 2 only when you need to switch to disc 1 on different shep and try to do the first mission on new game+ that will not allow me to do the palavan quest at all as i explained in my thread, figure i would say it not just happening on the ps3 but the on the xbox too

so it appears that there is the bug as well for  turchanka

I think if you skip the cutscene where Victus fires the flare that creates a glitch and it won't let you advance it has happened to me a few times.
